🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so we can adjust accordingly. ***Please note: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a loss of deposit or a partial service charge. Our schedule fills fast, and we appreciate your respect for our time and preparation. 💛 💳 Deposits are non-refundable. If your appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Payment is due as follows: STR Turnovers: Full payment upfront Move-In / Move-Out: $200 deposit, balance due day of service Failure to remit payment may result in service refusal or cancellation. Client agrees to maintain a valid card on file for booking security, incidental charges, unpaid balances, or policy-enforced fees. Cards will not be charged without notification unless contract terms are violated. 🧭Location & Travel We proudly serve Atlanta and nearby metro areas. Locations outside this range may incur travel fees or be declined if outside our operating zone. Contact us first if you're unsure! ⏰ Timing May Vary The listed duration is an estimate based on a standard 1 bed / 1 bath unit. Larger properties or additional add-ons (like deep appliance cleans or heavy buildup) may require more time. We'll confirm your final estimate and service time before we begin. ⏰ No-call/no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a charge of up to 50% of the total service amount, especially for larger or time-sensitive cleans. Life happens, and we get it — but our time, team, and preparation matter too.
